This week we review the up coming movies that come out in the summer of 2017. What do we want to see and what are we going to see even though it will suck? We also have a list of our favorite Giant Movie Monsters. And if you love crazy Bollywood films try watching The Land of Cards on Netflix.
This week we have our first reacurring guest on our podcats! We talk about Westworld, of course, along with two new trailers that dropped for Transformers and The Mummy. Next we lay out our plans for the first annual Knights of Nerdatude's 12 Days of Christmas, and finally we end with Sean's List of movies we were excited to see in theaters that did not meet our expectations.
It's the Knights of Nerdatude, with new and improved TIME STAMPS. This week we start off with Chris and John's Westworld review (2:20). We then move on to the debut of a new segment, One Minute Movie Reviews, where Sean talks about Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (14:10). Next the Knights talk about their all-time favorite movies for this week's installment of The List (18:15). We wind it down with part 2 of the Scare-A-Thon our playlist of horror movies, one for every day of October (42:20).
This week the Knights shake things up by doing a list first. Crazy, we know. We talk about the worst movies we've seen in theaters. Then move on to news including the new West World trailer, Luke Cage, and the Harley Quinn spinoff movie.
This week's episode starts with the Knights going through the good (almost nothing), bad (almost everything), and ugly of this summer's movie docket. What disappointed and what flopped big-time. The guys weigh-in on #TVShowsThatIMiss and talk this week's news including the Rings trailer and the pop-up Star Wars restaurant. Then we close it out by naming our Mt. Rushmore of favorite robots in movies/TV.
Stranger Things is the latest gift handed down from the Netflix gods so we discuss why it's a hit and why does Sam hate fun. Comic-Con dropped a whole bunch of trailers and we discuss who won. DC? Marvel? For me, it was ..... America!
Launch your hot dogs and throw the fireworks on the grill. It's Independence Day 240: Curly's Revenge. And what could be more patriotic than talking about a fantasy show full of English people. Also we bash the new ID4 movie. I don't think were very good at this America thing.
This week we run through the news including Rogue One reshoots, Friday the 13th reboot, and a movie about a trucks and/or monsters. We then talk about the staggering amount of movies The Rock is planning to be in the next couple of years. Sam finally caught up to Game of Thrones so it's the three amigos coming in hot with Benjen Stark talk. We close with this week's segment, The List, on the best Batman villains who aren't the Joker.
